I had never used William Burke before, but needing to undertake a major recarpet of my house and encouraged by a friendly website and exceptional reviews by previous satisfied customers, I decided to pay them a visit. I am so pleased that I did. Nigel could not have been more helpful and seemed to have a sixth sense in identifying what I was looking for. There was no pressure and he loaded me up with pattern books to bring home and in fact came round himself later with more in response to a call from me. The whole decision process was over with quite quickly as was the fitting, undertaken just a week after placing the order. So overall an extremely satisfactory experience, personal service throughout and a plus, the two very pleasant carpet fitters used by Nigel did a first class job in what seemed no time at all. I certainly know where to go in the future – and not just for carpets.
